Welcome to use the MChat instant messaging service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Before using the Service, please carefully read and understand all the contents of these Terms of Service.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Service, please stop using the Service immediately.

MChat provides the following services:

• Instant messaging sending and receiving
• Voice and video calls
• File transfer and media sharing
• Group chat functionality
• End-to-end encrypted communication
• Other related communication services

We reserve the right to adjust, modify, or discontinue any or all services at any time, with reasonable notice to users.

Account Registration: You must provide true and accurate personal information for registration and ensure timely updates to your account information.

Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your account information secure and for all activities under your account. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate accounts when users violate these terms.

You agree not to use the Service for the following activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on the legitimate rights of others, including but not limited to privacy rights, portrait rights, and intellectual property rights
• Sending spam, harassment messages, or commercial advertisements
• Distributing malware, viruses, or any destructive code
• Attempting unauthorized access to the Service or other user accounts
• Engaging in any activities that may harm the normal operation of the Service

The name, logo, interface design, code, technology, and all other intellectual property of MChat are owned by MChat. Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for any commercial purposes.

For content you upload or publish through the Service, you retain ownership, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it.

The Service is provided "as is." We make no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Service.

We are not liable for any losses caused by force majeure, network equipment maintenance, upgrades, etc. Any direct or indirect losses resulting from your use of the Service shall be borne by you.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service at any time. For significant changes, we will notify users through reasonable means.

If you do not agree with changes to the Service, you may stop using the Service. Continued use indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

The interpretation and enforcement of these terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction for resolution.
