How do I install MChat on my phone?

Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), search for "MChat", and tap the "Download" button. Once downloaded, the app will automatically install and you can find it on your home screen.

What operating system versions are supported?

iOS devices require iOS 13.0 or higher, and Android devices require Android 8.0 or higher.

Is there a fee for downloading?

MChat basic features are completely free to use. Some advanced features may require a premium membership subscription.

How do I start a one-on-one chat?

Tap the "New Message" button in the top right corner, select the person you want to chat with from your contacts list, or search for their username using the search box.

What types of messages can I send?

MChat supports sending text messages, images, voice messages, videos, files, emojis, location information, and more rich content.

How do I use the message recall feature?

Long-press on a sent message and select "Recall" to delete it. The recalled message will also be deleted on the recipient's device.

How do I start a voice call?

In the chat interface, tap the phone icon in the top right corner to start a voice call. You can also directly call someone from their contact details page.

How many people can participate in a video call?

MChat supports up to 100 people participating in HD video conferences simultaneously, perfect for business meetings, online education, and various other scenarios.

What should I do if the call quality is poor?

Make sure your network connection is stable and close other apps that are using bandwidth. During a call, you can switch between front and rear cameras or use headphones to improve call quality.

I'm not receiving message notifications?

Please check if you have enabled notification permissions for MChat in your phone settings. Go to Settings → Notifications → MChat and make sure notifications are turned on.

The app keeps crashing, what should I do?

Try the following steps: 1. Restart the app 2. Clear the app cache 3. Update to the latest version 4. Restart your phone. If the problem persists, please contact customer support.

I'm not receiving verification codes during login?

Please check if your phone has SMS blocking enabled, and make sure MChat has SMS reading permissions. If you still have issues, you can try voice verification or contact customer support.

How does MChat protect my privacy?

MChat uses end-to-end encryption technology to ensure that only the communicating parties can read the message content. Even MChat's servers cannot decrypt your conversations.

What is the Disappearing Messages feature?

When enabled, after the recipient views the message, it will automatically disappear after a set time (5 seconds to 60 seconds), leaving no trace.

How do I set up two-factor authentication?

Go to Settings → Account Security → Two-Factor Authentication, where you can bind your phone number or use an authenticator app to enhance your account security.
